Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY:- We have a No-return policy. Although we are sure, you would love your DERMEASE products but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase please get in touch and we will make it right.

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED:- 

  • Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email - dermeasestore@gmail.com or on Whatsapp at 9811183448 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
  • Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
  • Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
  • Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
  • Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

ITEM DAMAGED:-

  • Step 5 - As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN/REPLACE YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: - Certain types of items cannot be returned, which is opened/ used/ altered products like personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery and Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS:- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ORDER CANCELLATION:- We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we cannot cancel the order.
